The application lets engineers consider maps, reports, graphs and call detail records with cross-linking among all elements
- Avoid the cost and complexity of external databases - TrueCall includes a built-in subscriber database, avoiding the requirement for expensive and complex third-party databases
- Support other functional areas in the service provider – TrueCall enables the engineering team to efficiently support other groups within the wireless carrier, including customer care (who can access the software directly), marketing (for target marketing efforts), regulatory (for more accurate tax remittance) and law enforcement requirements (for call trace and lawful interception)
